Staff seems to just be sales guys that don't really know their products. Felt more like a car dealership trying to sell things than a store helping to find the right solution for your truck. This would all be fine if they had competitive pricing for products and instalation, but they don't.

Hello Cindy, We are open on Saturday’s from 9am-3pm, closed on Sundays.
They may have a solution but a specialty shop like total chaos or ESB may be a better option
