We live in the country and our mailbox is 1/4 mile away. Some of the times my packages are delivered and UPS puts my boxes on top of the mailbox. I get a message that my package has been delivered, but not on my front porch which are my instructions. It is usually to late to walk up to see if it is there. Don't they know that packages get stolen if they sit there too long? I have complained about this before but it doesn't do any good. What should I do? Otherwise I use UPS for mailing packages and there are many choices to drop them off wherever I am.

Agent called me from this center referring to an ongoing shipment issue. During our conversation she stated a number of times 'I don't know' as a response to my questions about the change of delivery address for my shipment being changed without my knowledge. She then hung up because, 'I don't know how to help you." No responsibility taken from UPS. I am still without my package containing perishable animal food not found locally.

My apologies for posting this on reviews however, there is no telephone option to actually speak to a human. There is no way to reach UPS directly on the website. A UPS Driver just delivered a package to my store WITHOUT WEARING A MASK. I was unable to catch him and hope you will reiterate to all drivers that masks are mandatory. I am a retail establishment and it is imperative that my customers and employees remain safe and healthy.
