Love our new bed set! I was so happy when Joseph said they deliver to Tucson. Joseph was awesome doing an on the phone purchase. One item wasn’t in stock and he said it would be available in two weeks; and it was. The home delivery crew was very nice and quick. I will definitely order again from here.

We really enjoy our new sofa sectional and tables, kitchen island and patio furniture. All good quality and the delivery process was excellent. From the in store personnel to the delivery drivers, the staff are courteous and customer service driven. Definitely purchasing and highly recommend AFW!

Steven Miller was very helpful and patient with me from beginning to end. I wasn't sure which sofa I wanted and needed a day to decide, so he connected with me the following day. He even assisted me in lin finding a matching area rug. The delivery men were very nice and set things up quickly. I am very satisfied with my purchase and my buying experience.

This place is amazing! Every time I purchase from them it's flawless and effortless. This last time I needed a couch and thought I'd try a different store...HUGE mistake. I purchased a couch in Sept...um it's Jan and it still never made it. So I walked into AFW and Lino the sales rep was fantastic. He was efficient, friendly and we had a good laugh while purchasing the couch. The delivery was speedy (2 days) and amazing the 2 gentlemen that carried it up to the second story smiled the whole time, even told me it was nothing lol. I will always recommend and buy my furniture here!

I ask them kindly the night before, when I called their customer service line, and they advised that we had to find a way to move the furniture ourself. It was clear to them that we were handicapped, it was noticeable in the store when we purchased the furniture and paid for delivery when asked. In the end, we ended up having to give our furniture away to make space, plus that was the only way we could get somebody to move the furniture.

Handicapped people need to find their own way of getting the old furniture moved. They will not move the old furniture even as a courtesy.
