I ask them kindly the night before, when I called their customer service line, and they advised that we had to find a way to move the furniture ourself. It was clear to them that we were handicapped, it was noticeable in the store when we purchased the furniture and paid for delivery when asked. In the end, we ended up having to give our furniture away to make space, plus that was the only way we could get somebody to move the furniture.
yes they move it where you tell them -they just do not take them
