Their service is impeccable! The lines were moving at a steady pace, and I was on my way, in a timely manner. My Service Tech gave a warm greeting as I exited my vehicle. My emission test was successful... I'm satisfied!

You only need to bring some method of payment
As far as I know someone other than the car owner can bring a car for an emissions test. I don't believe I was asked for any identification when I had my car tested recently. Just make sure that your son is ready to make a payment with a credit card or debit card at the end of the test. More info: http://www.myazcar.com/
