First off I just want to start off saying I have never made a negative review ever, but today I have to let you guys know what terrible experience I had with the nail Tech Sharron. First I got my nails done from another nail tech, and she did a good job and was very friendly. Then I sat down at the pedicure station with Sharon and from that moment I immediately felt the negative energy. She did not greet me at all, and was being very aggressive while asking me what service I wanted, after giving me a menu and snatching it out of my hand. I was wearing a Gel polish on my feet, and I have been getting gel nails for years! I have never felt so much pain so I asked that she slowed down and be a bit lighter with buffing the polish off. She still proceeded to be very rough with a attitude saying well this is how she does nails….At that point I asked her to stop. Sharron stood up in front of me and yelled at me telling me “she doesn’t want to do my nails anyway”. While looking at me up and down. Was the worst experience in my whole 15 years of getting my nails done! I do not recommend to go here if the owners put up with having workers with this type of attitude and hostility.

I went in with acrylics and asked to get them removed. But the lady literally ripped them off so aggressively. I told her she was hurting me and asked if she can use acetone instead, and she said she Couldnt because it takes too long. I decided to keep them short and simple this time, I didn’t think that could possibly get messed up. I understand everyone wants to leave home at 7pm. But would greatly appreciate if the nail techs still took the time to make sure that nails are painted properly. It was 6:40 and i felt the tech in a rush, constantly looking up at the clock, tossing my hand around like she could care less.

My mom and I meet up ever other weekends so we can get our nails done and catch up on family gossip. We have been to several nail salons and by far this has been the best for us. The staff is so friendly and they do such a great job. We have not yet, had to wait every time we go in because they are always fully staffed. We met up for Mother's day today and they did a fantastic job. They even gave all their customers, a single stem rose. 💅⚘
