Amazing!! A fantastic establishment with an impressive selection of delectable choices to drink as well as a menu for those who wish to grab a quick bite. Although they were slightly busy with making customers' orders, it was not a long wait to get my order in, which might I saw came out fabulous (got the Cranberry Crush, highly recommended); a fairly quick time. Recommended for all.

I got 2 açaí bowls and when I asked to have an extra bowl so I could split one between my daughters the guy working went above and beyond and said he would split it for me. He loaded them up with fruit and granola. Great customer service.

My fiance and I have been enjoying smoothies from here for over a year now and we were very disappointed with what we saw today. Displayed on the front window of the store is a sign clearly stating that the locally owned franchise is enforcing masks and social distancing inside the building. What we saw when we entered the building was the exact opposite. Maskless customers crowding the store and a maskless employee handling the raw ingredients and customer orders on top of that. This is disgraceful and a blatant disregard for the business's supposed standards. Please, as a business, if you have no intention of enforcing safety protocols then please do not claim to do so with a big sign on the front window. It also should not matter if the employee deciding to not wear a mask is vaccinated. It has been proven and stated by the CDC that a vaccinated person can just as easily transmit the disease as any other unvaccinated person. The Only difference is that the vaccinated person lowered their own chances of severe illness if they themselves contract COVID19. What I walked into today was dishonest representation and a total disregard for honesty and integrity. I am not planning on returning to any location of Fruit Shack Smoothies again.

By far my favorite smoothie place. I love the texture of the smoothies and how fresh it tastes. The staff are all very friendly and cheerful. You can tell they enjoy working there. It's overall a lovely experience and deserve to be supported! An added bonus that is really great is that they added a foot "door opener" so you don't have to touch anything but your own debit card. You handle the transaction free of contact. Very thoughtful!
