We live in the area and go to this location all the time. Today me and my wife went to buy some food and beers for a bbq we were having. We went through the self checkout and a girl named Jessica refused us to purchase the alcohol because my wife had a Mexico Passport “which is her only ID currently as we’re going through the immigration process.” She said “we don’t accept any forum of foreign ID’s” I called her out on it and said she was mistaken. She then got extremely rude and sassy. We went and complained to the manager after this experience. Jessica is a horrible example of what a employee should be. Rude, unhelpful, and racist. I managed grocery stores for 4 years through college and I’m a current business owner. If this was my employee I would have her terminated immediately. This happened on 06/26/2022 in the self checkout line and again employees name was Jessica

We turned to Frys to deliver and shop for groceries while needing to quarantine and they took advantage of us. Whoever is doing the actual shopping is either incentivized to replace items with more expensive ones or has never shopped for groceries for themselves. I ordered 3 lbs of chicken breast from the butcher counter and it was substituted for 1lb of organic chicken for 3 times the price. I find it very hard to believe they have zero chicken at the butcher counter. I took advantage of a sale on soft drinks and coincidentally one of the 4 needed to get the sales price was out of stock. It was replaced with a miniature version at triple the cost. It also tripled the price of the other soft drinks. The other substitutions were terrible alternatives that no one in their right mind would pick. The fruit and produce looked to be the stuff they were going to throw away. I somehow spent $200 and saved $3. Anyone who has shopped at a Fry's knows how ludacris it is to spend that much and save so little. Especially given how inflated the prices are before the "club" savings. I have never been overly impressed with the cleanliness or level of service I have received while shopping in person so it comes at no surprise the online experience was so poor. To top it all off the delivery driver said no one was home or available by phone so she tried to drop the groceries off at my neighbor's house. Thankfully they pointed the driver in the right direction and I was able to receive my over priced barely edible groceries. I will take my business elsewhere in the future and recommend others do the same.

Wonderful experience, it was clean inside. They have everything I always need. I personally enjoy their organic selection. They have great produce. At this store they recommend masks, 6 ft apart, they have designated in and out doors to conduct traffic flow, and they have plastic shields at the check out.

You can download Instacart or safeway delivers groceries. A neighbor may be able to help. Good luck!
They require a mask, and they sanitize the carts. They have floor markings six feet apart
How do you schedule for an appointment?
They say that seniors still can shop first a 7am Monday thru Thursday. As of May 1st
Gun 9 news has been reporting the stores accommodating Seniors. All the grocery stores have set aside certain hours for Seniors Only. Kosmo
Not to the best of my knowledge and I love my ice cream
