We love Olive Garden. The one in Tucson is no exception. We also had the best waiter, Josh. He was so friendly and eager to make our dining experience a good one, which he did. We really enjoyed our night out.

Lunch at Olive Garden is always a treat for this vegetarian. Their eggplant Parm is my absolute favorite. This Olive Garden was unlike any I'd been in before, though. The decor was not rustic Italian, but closer to the Southwestern decor I've been seeing on my trip to Arizona. The colors were rusty browns and oranges, as opposed to the yellows and greens we have at our OG in Florida. It was a pretty decor, and quite comfortable. I've said it in other reviews of this area and I'll say it again here, the people who work here are the most polite and caring people I've had the pleasure of being customers of in my entire life. They truly enjoy their work AND the people they work for and with. It's a pleasure to walk into a service oriented business in this area of the country and deal with workers. They just lift my heart to know that America's Spirit is still out there and kicking. If you like Olive Garden, be sure to stop in this one. OG's eggplant Parm is the best! It's so crispy and delicious, not soggy in the slightest, and this specific store was no different. An all around excellent lunch.

We always get wonderful service & food here. We just went on Valentine's day and they were soo busy, and our server told us the kitchen was short-staffed & backed up, but they still didn't take as long to get us our food as you would expect it to take in those conditions & our server still served us better & more quickly than most other restaurants do with a full staff & not many customers. She was friendly & courteous, even though she was busy & stressed and she remembered everything we asked of her. She even went beyond some of the things we asked. Everything was accurate and our food was delicious. If they can give this good of service when they are that busy & stressed, you can't get more impressive than that! & I really appreciate that you can get added to the wait list from your phone & can see how long of a wait there is & what number you are on the list. This helped, because we were able to get added to the list when we left the house & then our table was ready within a couple of minutes after getting there.

Excellent service, good prices,, fabulous view from the arched windows...try to get a seat around there. Chicken Alfredo was very tasty and a generous amount. We took home half! Care taken to be sanitary, but no problem removing masks when seated. Worth another visit, for sure!
