Horrible customer service at this location. All I can say is, if you can buy your products at Sephora do that instead. I was told I could pick up an online order if I arrived right at 8pm as they were closing- which I did. I was locked out and told on the phone I could just come back later. I explained I live 30 minutes away and how I had called in before coming to ensure I would be able to pick up my online order. I couldn’t quite comprehend how ridiculous the whole experience was. I spent an hour driving (round trip) and left without the products I had already paid for. I didn’t think it would be so difficult to open a door and hand a customer products that actually already belong to them. I love the products Ulta sells, but after this experience I can’t shop with them anymore. This diamond member is leaving and taking her business elsewhere.

So today when I was checking out, the gal asked me for my phone number and I asked her why she needed it. She proceeded to tell me she needs it, should I want to return something. I told her she didn’t need it for that reason. The web site clearly says a product can be returned with the original receipt. A phone number can be used as a back-up, but it is NOT needed if you have a receipt. I HATE liars and sales people who stretch the truth. Buyers beware,

Use to love coming here and working here but shady business practices have truly turned me away along with the salon I was a loyal client to Tess just because I stopped working there they have canceled my appointment that I have made months in advance without reason . I’m tired of this treatment n I will be letting people I know along the way how my experience was so they don’t have to go through it like I did . No better then Sephora with bad customer service hands down No Stars if i could
