After recently getting scammed out of $300 by Pullman Perfection Tire, I was met with mechanic after mechanic telling me they can't have me in until late February, a full month later in most cases. However, Heritage was able to see me within the week. They were okay with me being a little late to my scheduled dropoff times, and they were overall very lenient and customer-oriented. They were able to get the part in and have my car fixed within 4 days of the original checkup, and I couldn't be happier! As far as pricing, I'm not very experienced with mechanics but they didn't scam me like the last place so that's a win for me. Overall the process was very quick and easy, all the while keeping very open communication with me, and the pricing was right where I expected. I would recommend this to anyone with electrical issues or any issues in general. They have made a customer for life with me. Thanks again Heritage!

I'm not a car guy but they were able to thoroughly explain what I needed and why I needed it. I assumed when taking it in for an inspection they would upsell me on things I don't need but they told me everything was fine and I only needed to replace the battery which I've had issues with. I trust them to give me a fair deal and they don't let me down.

Last week I was desperately trying to replace my two front tires so I could travel 500 miles to see my family. It was last minute and I had almost given up. When I visited Heritage, the gentleman (wish I had gotten his name) offered to order the tires for me and put them on the following day. I could tell how busy they were the following day and still he got the tires on and I was on the road. What he didn’t know is that because of his help, I was able to see and hug my sister for the first time since before she very nearly died of Covid back in May. Thank you so much.

I have been hearing a weird noise when driving for about a week. I thought it was my wheel bearing, and tried calling every auto repair shop in pullman, all booked up until december. I happened to call Heritage, and they said they could look at it. My car was diagnosed and fixed by the end of the day and the noise is gone! Amazing service and so quick! I will be returning next time my car has an issue!
