these two outlets in a door way directly across from eachother pretty much sums up the quality of design for this entire complex. its as if salvador dali built this place. dont ask for help from management, they will threaten u with legal action because u didnt memorize an entire terms of service. dont leave ur real name when leaving a review, they will hunt u down and gaslight u lol

I am writing this review as an update to a previous review. I can say that on behalf of Cougar Ridge, they have put a lot of mental strain on my family and I. Aside from my very strong feelings about the situation, I can note that I have seen a lot of positive change from the staff, and the community. Good job!

My daughter has been renting for a year now and has been very pleased with the complex having chosen it based on the price sight unseen. You can find nicer places if you want to pay but nothing close in the price range. Staff has been friendly and responsive. New kitchen upgrades are a huge improvement. Pet friendly and great location close to campus but still on the edge of town.

We've been here for about 2ish years and we love it. The improvements that have been made over the last have been especially awesome. The second laundry room and dog wash station have been awesome. Very pet friendly, we're on the ground floor but the neighbors aren't loud at all. Lots of people with pets, several nice grassy areas, doggy waste bags and trashcans conveniently placed. The dog exercise run is awesome and just got gravel so mud isn't a concern any more. Great soundproofing in the apartments. As far as amenities and utilities, electric is expensive in the winter with the baseboard heaters we have but it's not too bad. Gym is great and well maintained with a modest variety of equipment. No microwave included which was a bummer and not a ton of cabinet space, but we got a little island for pantry storage. We use the lounge and laundry room study room a lot during the school year and they're comfortable and have several tables, chairs, and electrical outlets available. Staff is great, very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Rent is cheaper than most places for a 1-bedroom. Overall, I'd say if you're looking for a pet friendly 1 bedroom, this is a great place for you.
