Definitely go here! Not only do they have excellent customer service but they actually care to save you money. Saving money was my top priority when the hinge in my Lenovo broke. They went over the options to fix my laptop, while being flexible in those options, but they also recommend that I look into if I can get it fixed under warranty. I didn't purchase a warranty, so figured I wouldn’t be able to, but when you buy a laptop through Costco it automatically comes with a Costco 2 year warranty. So that’s what I’m doing.

I started a new job working from home, and needed help setting up my monitors, etc. They were great! They responded to my inquiry almost immediately and offered to come the same day.
