I WISH I COULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS!!! I HAVE CALLED NANCY Gs OFFICE TOO MANY TIMES, LEFT TOO MANY MESSAGES 2 NOT BE CALLED BACK! THAT IS DISRESPECT! NOW, AFTER HER HOLIDAY, COMES A PATIENT WHO NEEDS HER HELP. AND SHE TURNED HER BACK ON HER! UR OPINION IS SLANDER! UR OATH IS 4 UR PATIENT. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TELL U THAT. DR.JOHNSON IS WAITING 4 UR CALL!

Dr Webber is great, however taking 3 to 4 weeks to get in to see her is terrible. The office staff don't care if you are sick now and need to be seen, the best they seem to be able to do is make a person wait 3 to 4 weeks before being seen. If the doctors are that busy then stop taking new patients and take care of established patients.

The service was fine but watch out on the billing. They will gouge you. They billed a rapid strep test out at $77.00 (average cost for an urgent care in the US for this is between $30-40) and coded it as "amplified probe technique" (cotton swab). They also coded out an "injection" which I did not receive, told me that it was just coded that way because it could be injected. My insurance (who I had just talked to about this) denied this charge as a non covered injection. Clinic told me it was fine because had it been an actual injection there would have been another charge for the injection. Basically watch your bill like a hawk. Seems like they are preying on college kids who might not see their bill directly if a family member handles it for them. Up charges, absurdly high charges, and highly dubious coding language. Would stay away unless necessary. That being said the service was good, they had a clean pens cup which was a nice touch.

Although I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Harris I’m so disappointed with the facility as a whole. I recently found out that one of their other providers attended an anti-mask protest and was back to seeing potentially high-risk patients the next day. When I asked about their policy I was told that they are required to quarantine for 14 days if they choose to attend one of these events. However, when I notified the reception area and left a message with the manager I didn’t even receive a return phone call. I genuinely feel like providers who knowingly put patients at risk like this should have their licenses taken away! I love Dr Harris, but do yourself a favor and avoid Andrew Becker like the plague because he most likely has it.

The only ready care staff i know is lina. She's super young and not knowledgeable. Constantly misdiagnosing my self and daughter! Not helpful at all. I refuse to go back since she seems to be the only one ever working.. terrible. And smirks while telling you her crappy advice/diagnosis and you'll have to come right back in a day or two to rake in more money!
