My husband came in a few months ago with the classic "worst headache of my life" and all that he was given was an extra strength ibuprofin shot. He told them he gets migraines and that this one was again "the worst headache of his life". He had a RUPTURED BRAIN ANEURYSM. We didn't go to hospital until 30 hours after due to urgent care diagnosing him with a migraine. They should have referred him over for a CT scan as "worst headache of my life" and his "stiff neck" are all key words pointing towards a brain bleed. I hope next time someone comes in with the "worst headache of their lives" the doctor will refer to hospital for CT scan. We are very blessed that my husband survived and made it 48 hours until a 6 hour brain surgery. The delay in time could very well have cost him his life.

Dr Michael Graham was very dismissive, was told that what i had was due to drug use, stress, and trauma. none of which has happened, i knew exactly what was wrong with me just needed a doctors input as well. As a diabetic for 10+ years i have dealt with a lot of doctors not the best either, but by far this one was the worst. No questions were asked about my diabetes, which is concerning to me considering bacterial infections tend to have more of an impact on auto compromised people. I was told that what i believe i have is just a fancy word for inflamed and that all i could do was take ibuprofen every single day for the next 10 days and kill my kidneys and liver with taking that much ibuprofen. Very conceded tried to explain what strep was to me as i am a carrier and have had strep multiple times, then proceeded to tell me it’s a bacterial infection but there was nothing he could do. not even some antibiotics… very disappointing will never go here again.

The doctor was a jerk. Treat me like I had cooties when I told him my situation. Even putting his hands in the air and pulled back like I was a disease myself. Your a doctor for gosh sakes. So disrespectful. Front desk was nice. But they told me they took my insurance when I asked. However I was at the wrong place. Yes that was my fault but clearly it would have been helpful if they told me I was out of network.

Unfortunately I was let down pretty hard my last visit and to keep it short this is why. The front desk staff was stiff and hardly friendly and I was informed of more payments via phone call when I was home AFTER I said I wanted to pay ALL expenses at the time of checking out. My provider recomended tests that were negligible to what I was being seen for and I unfortunately as common folk did said tests because "well the doctor knows best for my health", thinking back now a urine test is rather odd to ask for when being treated FOR BRONCHITIS. I was charged for a covid test via lab and was not disclosed too about the fee until after the test was completed. Would have taken my test elsewhere if I knew I was going to be billed a $100 bill for a test thats FREE elsewhere. Inform your patiences please this was unacceptable. On postive note I was treated and healed up well without too many issues except for also unnecessary add ons to my medication like a 35$ part for my inhaler that I did not need when im already a pay out of pocket broke student. Unfortunately worst overall care I have recessived from Kootenai.
