Enjoyed the pool, was a little on the cooler side but after a hot day it was very nice! I did however miss the hottube. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and they changed it a little each day. Good location close to shopping, restaurants and Silverwood. There were some really nice parks nearby to take the kids and some nice places to walk. Rooms were decent, good size, clean and the beds where comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Reserved a suite for two nights. Under construction upon check-in. Parking wasn't sufficient for the number of guests, had to park at adjacent property. Barking service dogs. Suite was lacking in cleanliness in the shower, floors and sofa (lots of hair/dust/lint, floors had debris/items left from previous guests and cushions had crusted food and stains). The placement/layout of furniture was awkward. No bottles of water, stationary, no laundry bags, minimal towels, sheets were thread bare and scratchy, window blinds didn't fully close w/no drape for the bright hot morning sun directly shining in. Complimentary breakfast was overcrowded both mornings and took too long for my family so we ate elsewhere. There was minimal options of instant oatmeal and waffles w/coffee or tea anyway. Just lacking in overall cleanliness , convenience and amenities which surprised me for the price and as a suite. Pool was fine, staff friendly, a/c worked. Will not return.

The room smelled old and like dirty carpet. We weren’t informed of renovations when we book and there was paint and construction material everywhere lining the halls. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The “free continental breakfast” was a single waffle maker with NOTHING else out. Oh and the juice and drink machine to have with breakfast was out of order. The AC in our room was broken and you could tell it wasn’t working in other rooms either because on an extremely hot day in sun facing rooms when you walked outside you could see everyone had their windows open. We had it full blast all night and still had to sleep uncovered because of how hot the room was. We walked past an ice machine in the hallway that was leaking all over the place and the carpet was soaking wet. The temperature of the water changed every 3 mins when you tried to shower and would go from really cold to really hot. And lastly they had the stairs taped off with a sign on each floor saying “out of order” which I am pretty sure is illegal and dangerous in case of a fire.

It is 11:27pm. My upstairs neighbors are holding a track meet or something. They did the same last night until 4:00am. I had to be awake at 6:00am. According to the desk, there is no problem. The only offer I got was for MY family to change rooms. At 11:00pm. If you want NO sleep so that your upstairs neighbors can party (we are not the only ones being affected) then, by all means, check into this hotel. However, if you want partu central, this is the place for you.

I've never noticed those windows.
The area in front of those 2 windows is an area parents can work in n watch kids or a waiting area until pool opens.
