430 appointment. Came from Idaho to support daughter with anxiety to get covid vaccine. Literally would have been there at 430 but couldn't figure out what door to go through so was 3 minutes late. Would not let us in, didn't care. Sometimes compassion goes a long way. Clearly this place has none.

Office staff is not nearly as thorough as the last location I used to go to in California. They seemed to rush through my daughter's well visit. Had to get antibiotics for her and the pharmacy didn't mix enough to last through her whole treatment. So I had to go back out to get the last 3 doses she would have missed and then they tried charging me again for the medicine. Seriously, they made seem like there was no way they didn't give me enough even though I was in extremely maticulous in giving her the medicine. Waived the charge for me "this one time" but noted the incident in my file. The guy who helped me just seemed like he wasn't interested in my situation at all. I will not he going back to this location, EVER.

I was very pleased with my care experience at the doctors office yesterday. All my frustration with changes to antibiotics without clear explanation from last week visit to the urgent care at the beaverton office was resolved by Dr. Chang. She is a good listener, compassionate, very professional and provided the best quality care. The MA yesterday was very compassionate and phenomenal ! I am very grateful. Thanks.

I LOVE Dr. Chang. She called me every other day while I was on my antibiotic to check on me and make sure I was feeling better. The only complaint I have is I wish they were a bit more proactive on finding out what was going on (I felt like they were too passive) but overall I would 100% recommend Dr. Chang, especially for women's health. She is so thorough and great at explaining, and not awkward about anything.
