I REALLY wanted to love this place because of the great reviews I read, but sadly, we didn’t have the same experience. I took my 8lb Yorkie mix for a full grooming/bath experience today and although he does smell amazing and feels soft, his haircut looks so choppy and bad. I can see every line and it is completely uneven. For the $65 price paid I expected much better. I don’t know if I will be returning for grooming services anytime soon.

I was so nervous to try out a new groomer but we decided to give this place a try! I was so happy with Sergio’s work on my Maltese. It was probably the best haircut he’s ever received at a very reasonable price! He was amazing and so was the staff as they were so excited to have Moose! Thank you again, we will be back!:)

Great place for self wash, way way easier than a bath at home. They provide it all, shampoo/conditioner. Towels, treats. Air dryer and more. I'll definitely be returning, Niko and I thank you again.

To bath your dog on your own they are a good place for that but letting their grooms handle your dog never again. Granted my dog is young & needs some training but a professional dog groomer should know how to handle such a dog if they had the proper training (the groomer) & proper knowledge. I told them that he had never been to a groomer, that he is young, is a big dog & still being trained & asked if their groomers know how to work with such dogs & I was told yes but it was not the case. Never again
