August 23, 2022 The CyFair location has THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service on a very regular basis!!! I don’t know if they’re racist or just plain lazy. They are indeed the most unfriendliest group of people as a whole. The employees are obviously miserable and the project that onto customers. They literally act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job. What a joke!!! Tall white dude with brown hair is very unfriendly in a customer service role. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 7 minutes and go to the Fairfield location. It’s much cleaner and nicer. The staff is alway pleasant, professional and more importantly the staff has been the same for quite some time, which means management is doing something right. The CyFair location changes staff every couple of weeks. Don’t drop off too many Amazon packages at the CyFair location else some will undoubtedly come up missing. Good to know they don’t seem to be charging to use their tape anymore or at least not at the moment. Terrible service every time and the owner does not care. How sad!
