Attention store manager- Twice I've been in this store and the employees were friendly. 4 times now I've been in, and dealt with snooty little teenagers who need a lesson in customer service. I was even told I couldn't ship my package in the ziploc I brought it to the store in. Duh! I brought a freezer packed item I needed placed in packaging prior to shipment, but the attitude I received was like a scoff from a 14 year old, the only thing missing was the eye roll. I don't know if they just remember me from that debacle, and are snooty because of it or not, but your employees need to take a little more pride in their jobs and try to actually HELP their customers.

Unfortunately I agree with all of the other recent poor reviews. Lack of customer service, unfriendly and rude. The person that “assisted” me appeared to be a young teenager that has no business working in customer service until she can be reasonably trained in this area.

Avoid this location otherwise you will be disappointed with the horrible customer service. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. I had to get UPS corporate office involved with my issue of a missing package. The owner refused to cooperate with me the customer or UPS corporate office. Something that normally takes 7days to complete took 90 days because the owner intentionally withheld information from the corporate office. Read the reviews regarding this location most stated poor customer service.
