Always dreaded taking my truck in for service anywhere, especially a dealership. This time was different. Ashlyn was nothing short of AWESOME. I’ve never been kept as updated as I was this time. Even though they had my truck over 2 weeks, Ashlyn made it less painful. As long as I’m working with her I will go back when I need service work.

Hi Garold, Our Parts Manager cannot find you in the system. Can you please provide the VIN to find the recall that is required to repair your Explorer? Can you also give me your contact information so we may contact you?
Our after hours service drop off is located on the right side of the main building in our service area. You will find it located by the first door next to the bench.
Parts 7 am to 4 pm on Saturdays.
