Went here with my partner to buy them some D&D dice because I thought it’d be more fun to shop in person and check this place out, than online. A male employee was very patronizing to me when I picked up a game box to read it. I understand it was an open box, I could obviously feel it was and was being careful. I understand the woes of retail, and how he didn’t want me to drop it and make a mess. It’s possible this is a common problem for them (no sign saying not to touch them, though). So, I’m not hurt that he told me to put it back on the shelf. Was the point of his message valid? Sure. Was it phrased and said very patronizingly, as if I was a child? Yes. Did not feel welcome, already recognizing the only other woman in the store was behind the counter (out of maybe 35 people there). I’m not a fan of having to prove my worth simply because I’m not a man. I won’t be back. Huge turn off to be treated that way, and a friend of mine who used to frequent the store said they often witnessed hostility against women players too and stopped going because of them.

A wonderful store that has all the items you might need. For me, they had a large Warhammer section which is always a plus. I was able to get models I hadn't seen in awhile because of this factor. One things for me whenever I go to a games store, is that I feel welcomed and not belittled because of my gender. Here I was able to walk in, ask questions, and be answered without any snide comments.

Sadly I can't shop here in person as I don't live in florida, but I use their online store all the time and of the dozen or so I've used for warhammer models, they have by far done the best job. Competitive prices, large variety of models and in particular the shipping service is amazing. For free shipping, some other stores will wait like 4-5 days 'processing' then get stuff 10-15 days after that, but from Armada sometimes I'll order something like middle of sunday night when store is closed and somehow they immediate have it zipping across the country monday and it arrives a few days later. It's like magic how well run the webstore is. The only downside is its so good that half the product is out-of-stock, but I have the feeling that shortage is on GW's end with not sending enough product. 5/5 store.
