I transferred $200 from my USF savings to my USF checking and it never made it to my account! Called several times and was told a manager would call me. No one has called! USF has kept my $200! When will someone be in contact? 8/31/22. Left return voicemail for tabitha and no return call.

This is an update, i have a business account with them, they changed to a new system, the new system does not show on the monthly statement the total deposits like the old system. They told me that i have to do it myself manualy. If you have a business don't even think about opening an account with them. Save money and agony, do not use them for any of your financial needs. Highly incompetent. I would not recommend.

You can add or remove a joint by either calling member services or visiting a branch. To add a joint member to your existing account in-branch, the joint must be present with photo ID. If adding the joint over the phone, we will need a copy of their driver’s license, a valid email address for both members and will need to speak to them to complete a membership application to add them to the account.

Im not sure the question. But USF charges a $5.00 fee if you do not carry a daily balance of $300. I personally do not agree with a school credit union doing this. Unacceptable.
