I've been living here for over 3 years now. Very nice place to live, maintenance has been prompt in the event when something was needed to be taken care of. This is a whole lot closer on where parents live at since they're a lot older now. In 2019, with my retirement being eminent at that time. This gave me a chance to get away from a previous apartment complex that I had lived at for 27 years due to some very bad stuff that was going on in that area. At the time when I retired in 2020, I didn't want to be hanging around over there since some moments happened during my 38 year career.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. MANAGER IS AWFUL AND VERY RACIST. They will promise you so many things and not uphold. My vehicle was broken into 2x while living here and they refuse to press charges and they lie about having cameras. Bad, bad management & staff.

I would like to move here the photos were nice, but why don't they install security cameras? It would be safer. For now I will look for another place thanks to the reviews I have seen about several thefts within these apartments

Not using my real name on here. I am a current resident. I do not recommend anyone lease here, there is too much crime, too many catalytic converter thefts, vehicle break-ins, general vehicle-related crime. In 2021, there were anywhere between 25-40 vehicle-related crime incidents. Still happening in 2022. Residents reporting loud neighbors with fights, uninvited guests at pool, blasting music at late hours of the night, etc. Apartment managers not installing cameras for the parking lots no matter how many times residents have complained about it. Only camera they have is way in the back and on the side gate, but they do not always work and is still inadequate! Cameras MUST be installed at multiple angles throughout the parking lots. They only have cameras for the pool, gym, and outdoor cooking grill. They are only interested in protecting their own property, they are not interested in protecting their residents' property (vehicle). Apartment landlord Oscar Viteri gaslights residents who express their concerns. Belligerent, uncaring, unpleasant man. Or should I say 'man-baby?' Corporate is no different either. It wasn't until recently that when more and more residents started moving out, did Camden finally start looking here. Apt staff investing more attention into residents...only because they realized they are starting to lose money. Smh. I could go on and on about issues related to management, but I'm not going to. There's simply too much to go into. Do not lease here, they do not care about you. Apt manager Oscar drives fancy Audi, none of the office staff lives at this complex. Apartment maintenance team deserves better than these office folks. Take your money elsewhere, do not let the nice exterior of this complex fool you.

They advertise as smoke free but not enforcing it. People are smoking and my relative living there has sinus infections all the time because the smoke goes into the apartment. But oh well, it will get rented out again eventually and the next person living there will be forced to suffer as well.
