Very happy with ICCU! When I owned my previous business, I was with another (national) bank and applied for a business line of credit. Even after having been with that bank for over 10 years, it took them 4 days to deny my application. I applied at ICCU and within 4 hours, had a $25,000 line of credit! I immediately moved my accounts to ICCU and never looked back. Support local businesses, support ICCU!

I've dealt with these guys twice now. Both times they refused to valuate my home at the correct value. Significantly undervaluing my home, twice... I gave them proof from an independent professional broker using a Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) from back in DECEMBER, which was four months ago. My home is worth far more now than it was then, and everyone knows it. At first they went off last years Tax Assessors value, which is significantly low, and everyone knows it...why would they use a number that is consistently wrong and also out of date? I called up STCU the same day and they valued my home at more than $100k than ICCU did. Strange huh? They refused to budge on working with me to get the lower interest rate and the amount I was looking for. STCU had no problem giving me their lowest interest rate and nearly $100k more credit amount than ICCU did. ICCU seems very rigid and unwilling to work with their potential clients. I will not be calling them anytime soon for services, nor will I be banking with them in the future. Blegh...

Update* ICCU reached out to me and corrected the problem. They were very understanding of my issue and did everything they could to rectify the problem. My account was never negative, I was charged an overdraft fee even though I never over drafted my account. They reversed the fee but since it was negative and I didnt know I used my card twice, one for .75 and another for $6. Even though I was never negative the overdraft put me negative and then caused overdraft fees on my other charges. Glad to see credit unions are out to get you as well.

Why??? Established accounts help credit ratings. If she is deceased, then they should be closed. In my opinion, not until then.

I've been banking with them for over a year. When I signed up I had to deposit money initially ($25 I believe, I can't remember) but checking is free. :)
