I love all of the staff dearly...and I adore the gentleness and care that "MY FAVORITE DENTIST BESTOWS UPON ME...he even did a root canal on me and I was just fine...not a bit of fear or apprehension! I called this office to see if I could get in as a new patient because I lost my last dentist in the pandemic and other dentists in the area weren't taking new people until August. I talked to a very sweet young lady on the phone and my appointment was set for that next day. I met with Jessica the hygentist who also was very sweet. We talked for a bit and I expressed my needs and anxiety about possible issues due to no longer having my dentist, and lots of traumatic life changes in the last few yrs that could have effects on the health of my teeth. She set my mind at ease right away after looking at my x-rays. I only had to have a simple cleaning. She was so good about her cleaning that I prob could have fell asleep in the chair if I had had more time. 😁 I met with Dr Hazard who also was very nice. He checked things over and then I was on my way home. I'm so glad I found this dental group they are everything the reviews said they were. So positive, warm, and reassuring. Thank you Syringa!! I'm your pacient for life.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Hazard for a second opinion regarding an upper denture. I was very impressed with how the visit went. He spent over 30 min with me going over my options. He was very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, honest, kind; in other words he has a great bedside manner! He encouraged me to keep my teeth and I decided to go with another option. He kept asking if I had any questions as he wanted to make sure I understood everything. His staff, Travis, Sara, Sean and Jessica were wonderful! Very friendly and thoughtful. Overall it was a very positive experience! I so appreciate everyone’s help.

Called this morning to start as a new patient and was told that I could have my first visit in 40 minutes if I would like so met with my very delightful hygienist for a cleaning and new patient exam. She very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable with her job, explaining everything to me. Oh and didn't expect me to answer questions when my mouth was full. The dentist found a cavity so made a appointment 2 hours later, luckily I had the time. He was very good at administrating the numbing medicine then did great job of repairing my tooth. The took my insurance, research for me to see what my responsibility was so very little out of pocket for me. I'm so happy for my choice, made something that can be unpleasant quite pleasant!
