Great hotel! We stayed here 3 nights. The manager on duty, Justin, was very helpful in getting us a room after we experienced issues with Expedia. The free breakfast was good, though they had the same thing every morning. The rooms are nice, but still small.

Honestly I've never had a bad experience with a Quality Inn. As long as a person keeps in mind that everyone is different. For example the one in Liberty lake is a bit nicer and newer. They have a pool and a hot tub. This one is a little bit older though not outdated. The rooms are actually really nice and I almost like the bathrooms better. The bathtub leans back and is frankly one of the most comfortable bathtubs I have ever found myself in. There's no hot tub or pool but both Quality Inns I've been to have decent breakfast in the morning. Nothing bagged, and definitely no Frozen breakfast sandwiches. I'm looking at you Baymont. 🧐 The employees almost always go out of their way to accommodate. In Idaho there was just this older guy that worked nights at the front desk and he was so sweet and so helpful whenever we needed anything. Sunday night it's almost as though there was no front desk person at all. This confused me a little as it just seems like that isn't necessarily good business practice. But it's not my business and I really didn't have an issue with it, so to each their own. 🤷🏻♀️ Overall, at both places I enjoyed my stay very much compared to other hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend both and will definitely be back.

The photos online are deceiving. I'm not much of a complainer, but our recent stay warrants an honest review. The employee that checked us in was super nice, I need to say that first. However, our room was a BIG disaster. There was no mattress pad/cover, sheets directly on the mattress, ripped corners, mattress exposed. Large food crumbs on the floor, toothpaste crusted to the bathroom counter, something gooey on the nightstand. No bar of soap in the bathroom, no kleenex either. Coffee pot was dirty. Hallways throughout hotel were also dirty. Thank goodness we only needed to sleep there. After seeing the condition of the room, we didn't even go to the breakfast bar or use the shower! Will never go back.

Rooms can be updated with a new coat of paint and holes fixed in walls. A good rug cleaning would also help as well. Plenty of parking, easy access to the freeway, and fairly quiet from your next door neighbors. Front desk was friendly but could have dressed up a little bit more than jeans and a t-shirt. I have stayed here 5 or 6 times over last year and keep coming back because the one on the west end of town was following apart. I am very happy with my choice and you will be too

The last time I stayed there they had a night desk attended. But you should call and let them know so they don't give your room away.
