We had saved up our cans for over 2 years to recycle, when my 8 months pregnant wife took them in the staff was very unhelpful and made her unload all of them herself because they were "busy". We had 4 large trash bags of crushed cans that weighed a good amount, but somehow they claimed we only had 0.3 pounds and ended up paying us 6 dollars.
