They are the worst towing company i have every worked with. They were extremely rude unprovoked and apparently many others also experienced this based on the reviews. I couldn't even ask a single question without getting a passive aggressive answer. I get working in this type of business you get rude people coming in all the time but there was no reason for the workers to be so rude towards me for no reason. Also, why only cash?? It is 2022. I bet you guys make enough scamming other people for their money to get a card machine or at least an atm. do better.

They brought a customers classic car in on a flatbed with straps on the tires instead of the usual chains to the frame / underbody that 50% of the time leave damage to one degree or another. On time, the driver was very professional and the best part? NO HYDRAULIC OIL leaks from their truck ++++++

This company engages in predatory towing practices. I parked my car in a parking lot on a holiday, they were clearly sitting there waiting for people to park their cars in an unauthorized area ( I did not know this was an unauthorized area, as their signs are not clear or readily available) because they knew they could make a lot of money on a holiday. I was in the establishment for less than an hour, so I know they were sitting and preying on people. Regardless of just having a horrible moral compass, they are rude over the phone, do not make it clear they do not accept card for payment, and wanted to charge me $15 extra for impounding it for 24 hours, when it had only been impounded for an hour and they were closed so I was unable to pick it up. They opened at 8 a.m., so regardless it still wouldn’t have been 24 hours because my car was towed at 6:00 P.M. I can’t speak for their other services, but I can tell you to BEWARE of this company. Their signage is not readily available and is very small, so it is easy to miss. But if you do see it, I would not even park within a mile radius. They cannot be trusted!
