It's against the law for an apartment to have your car towed from a private place that you live at if your tags was out dated unless it is in your lease .. The law can't do it unless they caught you driving, these apartment slumlords needs to stop acting like there the law enforcements!!!!
We moved in an apartment and didn't put the sticker in right away cuz we were loading and unloading our U-Haul they towed our car the first night at like 11pm. I went out to put the sticker like 5 minutes later and no car. Cost $200 to get it the next day. Less then 24 hours.
