Wow! I'm a female who lacks car knowledge. I had a horrible rattling underneath my car and I called West Omaha Auto Service because it was near both of my jobs. The gentleman who I spoke with on the phone was professional and kind, and fit me into the schedule last minute. When I arrived, the person at the front desk was also very professional and made me feel at ease. They offered coffee and snacks while you wait and I noticed they offer a free vehicle loan if you have full coverage insurance. I dropped my car off and received a phone call at the exact time they predicted. When I arrived to pick up my car, a different gentleman told me no charge since they just replaced a few bolts. I insisted on paying but he said "This is how we get you to come back." They could have easily charged me or taken advantage of me since I had no idea what was wrong. I will never take my car anywhere else! I will recommend West Omaha Auto Service to anyone who is searching for an honest shop. Thank you guys!! I wish I got your names, next time I will!!

Everyone is so nice and they got my car in right away in the morning and was able to squeeze me in and fix it by the end of the day. These guys are the BEST. Anthony is very professional and kind. They always diagnose and take care of my needs without causing me any anxiety as a female who has no idea what is going on with her car. I know that when I take my car in they will take care of me. They keep you informed the whole way with updates and even send text message updates with pictures. When they see other problems, they point it out to you without pushing you to set up an appointment. They will walk you to your car to show you what the problem is. A friend recommended them to me saying they were great, and I am so glad she did. Plus, they have snacks and always leave me candy! Thank you West Omaha Auto Service.
