...CONTINUED (Amanda Aycock).. So after Jessica hung up on me multiple times, screamed at me, mocked me, told me I was never getting an apology from her, nor would she listen to anything I had to say, she yelled "we no longer want you business! Don't come back." Which was fine, because after our horrendous treatment we had decided that we wouldn't be going back but to be honest, I'm so shocked. Dylan called my husband after this and told him that he did talk to me, and he did mention that there was a $50 fee for this, and another fee for that, which was absolutely NOT true, again I was disappointed and shocked that this was happening. A bit later Lance, the company owner called me. I will tell you that Lance is amazing. He truly is. He's like everyone's dad, and he does truly care about his customers. Sadly, he can't be there all the time to greet each customer and show them what Auto Station stands for, and is proud of. Instead you get Jessica. She's abrasive, dishonest, uncaring, disrespectful, and quite honestly a stain on this companies name. There are other reviews that express the same nasty inhumane attitude she has given to other customers, and that's sad. It's sad she doesn't care about a business that her own family built, and what they stand for, nor does she care that she will continue to cost her family business customers. Lance apologized for her, and any miscommunication, he explained to me that it wasn't an inspection, that those they don't charge for, but explained what was done and where the charges actually came from... that being the first time we were told about the charges. He also made me feel welcome. He shouldn't have to apologize for Jessica, but I appreciate that he did, and will always respect Lance. I wasn't going to leave this review, after speaking with him, but no one should ever be treated the way Jessica treated us, so I feel this is necessary. I rarely leave negative reviews, or reviews at all. As much as I would like to continue business there, I cant. I refuse to work with someone so cold, and callused. Jessica, I hope you find some respect for your families business, and instead of running away from a customer issue, you value the fact they called to speak to you about it, instead of just never returning, or leaving a review such as mine. You're tarnishing a good business that was hard earned by your own family. Lance - Thank you for calling me. It meant a lot that you took the time out to allow me to speak, and listen to my concerns. You're a good person and a good business man.

Although it took a code puller and opening the engine to see what was truly wrong with my truck, this team was able to squeeze in a quick fix to get me back on the road within an hour without the irritating rattling sounds and low performance I was experiencing during my drives. Even with the minimum repairs and replaced parts being done for the day and tight schedule, the difference their work made was huge!

Lance and his team are great. I have gone there for many years. I had a problem with my car and had it towed to Auto Station. And Lance recommended to have it towed to Kia. He could have given me a big bill. But I got a new engine under warranty. I bought this car used and I didn't know it was under warranty. You can trust Lance to do the right thing for you

I brought a car in (that I was considering purchasing) for an inspection and was very impressed with Auto Station. The front desk service was outstanding (friendly, thorough, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, genuine). They made us feel right at-home and provided a high-quality inspection at a great price. They also provided detailed paperwork on the inspection. I was extremely impressed by the service we received and although I don’t live in Omaha, I would absolutely do business at Auto Station if the need should arise again.The young man behind the counter was exceptionally personable, genuine, and knew his stuff. To the Auto Station staff: Thank you for the wonderful service, it did not go unnoticed!

Our 4 wheel alignment is a standard $89. We will check the the steering and the suspension on the vehicle to make sure it will be able to be aligned before we preform the alignment.
