When my low brake fluid light came on the first call I made was to SLM. They let me know they were very busy currently, but would try to work me in. After I dropped my car off they had diagnosed the low brake fluid light as a leaking rear caliper that needed to be replaced by the next afternoon. They also informed me the coolant reservoir had a crack in it and was leaking and should be replaced, and one of the bushings had failed on a control arm they had replaced a couple of months prior and would be getting replaced under warranty. The inspection report they provided showed pictures of all the issues letting me know my car is in good hands. After approval for work to start my car was ready the next day. SLM is the only repair shop I will be taking my GTI.

SLM Auto Care has exceeded my expectations with there customer service, knowledge of my R8 and there pride/care they took off my investment. It started off with a phone call to Alex to discuss an oil change and repairing my AC. Was only a few minutes into our conservation that I realized Alex new more about my R8 than I was expecting. There was no push for more service to be conducted but casual conversation. If you are familiar with the Audi R8 they require more frequent maintenance than your average vehicle due to there high performance. I proceeded with his recommendation of flushing out the brake fluid and a complete inspection of the car. I also requested a quote for an ECU and Transmission tune along with a valved controlled exhaust. A couple of days went bye and he sent over a proposal. Already knowing what I wanted we upgraded the exhaust to Capristo Valved exhaust from his cost effective suggestion and we both landed on the VF tune package. They were able to order additional upgrades, perform previous discussed work along with installation of my upgrades in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I had the R8 back into them installing new tires on my custom 20” wheels and they decoded/deleted my automated wing since I had installed a stationary carbon fiber GT wing. Thanks to all the staff at SLM Auto Care for there exceptional hard work. You won’t be disappointed!

I took my Audi S4 to SLM Auto Care for quite a bit of work. My water pump was seeping and making noise, so I had Alex and the crew look over it and give me their recommendations for repairs. I made an appointment and had my car back in just two days. The shop was extremely clean and tidy, the staff was very friendly, and the work was completed with a high level of quality. Alex even sent me some photos taken during the repairs to show me exactly what they found and what new parts were going in. SLM Auto Care is the only shop I'll be taking my S4 to!
