I have nothing but good things to say about this Brakes Plus location. They appeared to be a little short staffed so someone actually delayed their lunch to help me with my appointment. In his brief assistance with my situation he found a few things and gave me some great advice that in the long run ended up saving me a lot of money. Steve was super friendly and again very helpful. Personally I recommend this place.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 8:00 am at Brakes Plus off of N 90th Street. They got me in right away and my car was finished in 45 minutes! The service was exceptional and everyone was very kind throughout my experience there. Steve, the General Manager, was extremely helpful and talking with him while I waited for my car to get done made the 45 minute wait fly by. In addition, this was my first time at Brake Plus so they gave me a great discount on my oil change. I highly recommend this location and the services they provide. I am very impressed and happy to have chosen them to help me out!

My family was in the middle of a cross country road trip when I heard squeaking. I took it in early in the morning. They were able to get me in quick and really tried to meet my needs and budget. They're very clear and open about everything that needed to be done. The lug nuts that all swollen needed to be replaced and they went into town to find the best deal on a bulk set of lug nuts for my vehicle. I couldn't have been happier with them. I went to the North 90th Street Omaha store. The manager was awesome.

Came in on 4/18/22 with a sound issue in my tire. The GM Steve was amazing to work with. He was patient ,friendly, and fully explained what was going on. I decided to wait at the shop for the job to be completed and the time flew by with his friendly conversation. I would definitely recommend this location! Thank you
