This auto care doesn't deserve the one star I had to give, but the review would not allow me to leave it blank. I am in Omaha for a baby shower, and unfortunately, the car got a flat tire, and I was downtown. While waiting for AAA to swap out the flat with the spare, I spoke with an employee who told me to come on out after the spare was put on. Note: I said this employee MULTIPLE TIMES. I was from out of town... Once I arrived, the employee stated I was too late and could not help. He told me he could help tomorrow... Wtheck!!! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!! I had to get back home today!!! Found an AWESOME Walmart that kept their word to help us on the phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS AUTO CARE IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN!!!

I've tried numerous occasions to get services but no one ever answers the phone. Waste of time!!!

Took a tire in there that I was having to fill on a daily basis to get repaired and was told that it was unrepairable and was asked if I wanted a new tire. I was sceptical so I said no and they told me there was a nail in the sidewall. Seemed like not even a minute later they basically kicked me out without discussing it any further. So I took my tire to Discount Tire on 120th and Dodge St. and they showed me where the nail was and told me that they don't know why Walmart said it was unrepairable and fixed it for free! Also they stole the center cover of my rim!

Good tires and facilities are adequate, however, keeping with Walmart protocol they hire just the minimal staffing to keep it going. Plan to leave your car or spend 2-3 hours shopping while you wait. Painful at times to watch the crew
