I had an unexpected tire puncture and because the guys had been so kind about a flat I had before I decided I wanted go there again. I wanted to get new tires because ours were pretty worn... They helped me find reasonably priced tires, got me insurance on them, and did it quick! Very grateful.

The staff here was great! They were able to get my car in and repaired in a timely manner. They called to make sure that I was ok with the repairs that were needed. Helpful, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend!

Soooo I was leaving a business in the strip mall area where Jensen Tire & Auto is located and well lucky for me, one of my break lines decided to blow while getting ready to reverse out of a parking spot as opposed to getting on the road. I went in to talk to somebody about what my car just did and the gentleman that helped me was incredibly nice and said they would get me in I just had to be a little patient which cool with me take as long as you guys need too. They're busy so I was just incredibly grateful they were going to squeeze me in. I live in Fremont so initially I was worried about having to get my car back to town and all that fun stuff. They got my car in, let me know one of the break lines blew, had the parts and got me back on the road only two hours later. Shout out to the awesome people at Jensen Tire & Auto!

I had an issue with a tire and needed assistance asap. Jensen not only made the service a priority, but charged me significantly less than other tire shops. This was actually the second time that this specific location provided outstanding customer service to our family, so I wanted to write a positive review.
