When we thought my car might be leaking after my oil change, they sent out a tow truck and consulted the vehicle free of charge. Josh has great customer service and explained how my transmission and lines would be replaced in the repair and Jill, Rae, and Brian made sure it happened; everyone in the shop was friendly and honest guaranteeing 24,000 miles warranty on my 2013 Dodge Dart. I was satisfied and well taken care of at Unique Auto and the owner was there to encourage me that I could own a Tesla too one day.

I came in as I had seen a posting for an F250, James tried hard to get me into it but in the end I was able to get approved for an amazing 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I took I drove it back to Lincoln and noticed it had vibration in the front and an alignment issue, I called back and spoke to the owner Ted, he told me he would take care of it, I brought it back to them on an Saturday morning and Ted himself got it balanced and the alignment straight as an arrow, he even gave me lunch. Don't find this kind of treatment or hospitality at any other dealership. They have earned my business here on out and I would recommend them to anyone.
