I had run over a nail and was experiencing a slow leak. The staff was very accommodative and got me in quickly to look at my tire. After diagnosing the problem and realizing the puncture could not be repaired, they reviewed my account and realized I had purchased a damage warranty. Was able to quickly replace the tire at a much reduced cost. Very pleasant experience overall.

I have to say, this is one of the better experiences I’ve had in auto break repair/replacement. My girlfriend had some break work done a few months back from a “not so reliable source” I came in expecting to have some expensive repairs or replacements, when they first looked at the vehicle they expected a hub and bearing north of $600 repair with the first call I received. They said they may find more when they start replacing the part. I trusted them and said go ahead and do it, 4 hours go by and I get a call (expecting more findings) only to determine it was the previous installer that forgot to install a piece properly, they no longer needed to replace the part, but instead charged labor to fix the issue. Saved me over $500 and the car drives brand new again. Jensen at this location just earned a lifetime customer. Thank you for the honest policy!
