I was referred by someone who we trust and use when we need tires. They told us Chris was a good guy and would do a great job. Needless to say, this place is TERRIBLE. When people tall about mechanics taking advantage and not doing their jobs properly, this place is the epitome of a scam. Brought my Chrylser Town & Country in for a full inspection, top to bottom and got confirmation from Chris it would happen. I told him 2 things specifically i wanted looked at, along with the rest of the inspection. Needless to say, these guys failed to see an oil leak that was occuring at the time. ANY DECENT MECHANIC and PERSON would of found this problem. $120 for these bums to not do their jobs and tell me baidcally what i told them was wrong. Typical trash mechanics that'll steal your money. Had a mechanic friend tell me the same week after the inspection, there is an oil leak. Never use these thieves

They listened to everything that I knew was wrong with the ECM and fixed it almost immediately. Very good shop. I’ll take my cars here from here on out.

Sparks does quality work for reasonable prices. I've never felt like they were taking advantage of me. They always give me options before the work begins to make sure that I agree with the repair. Oil changes are a breeze with them. You can either wait in their lounge or you can drop your car off and pick it up later.

John and Paul worked with me to bring my 55 Mercury up to speed. A lot of effort during COVID with the backlog in shipping and obtaining parts. They also had the challenge of high business demand as their schedule was full. Customer service was very good, for two grumpy old men (LOL), they have a great sense of humor and did their best to stay positive under a difficult situation. They do take great pride in their business, they are not perfect but they put in the extra effort to try to meet all customer demands. The actual mechanics work was excellent. Their team really did a great job on the car and this was complex work on a 65 year old vehicle. They knew where to get the parts or where the part could be rebuilt. This is a special knowledge that very few shops have. They put priority on cars that were customers sole source of transportation (which sometimes resulted in my project car having to wait) but that is the right way to do business, don't leave families stranded. I hope you find this an honest review and I would highly recommend Sparks.

That would depend on the vehicle and what parts it needs. Also is this preventative maintenance or are you trying to solve a specific problem ? For the most accurate estimate and to discuss your needs please call Paul at the shop @ 402-592-7666
No, it has to be in the vehicle for us to test it. I know of no one locally who can do off board (out of the vehicle) ecm testing.
