Not very accurate will bus schedule, not to nice bus drivers, some drivers text at stops which delays the bus and makes me late to get somewhere. One time I was at Jackson well springs waiting for a bus, while I was waiting I saw three other busses go by the other direction. I ended up waiting one hour and a half in THE RAIN AT 30 DEGREES OUTSIDE and the website said the bus Was supposed to be at my stop one hour and a half ago!!! I ended walking to my destination in the rain and cold weather. They say there drivers are TRAINED but I’ve seen the drive horribly while on a bus ride thankfully I will never be needing to use it soon. RVTD is cheap and a semi reliable transportation but not even close to good would recommend using if needed otherwise avoid.

It is never a happy day when you gotta take the bus anywhere. With PTSD It is like a carnival ride in Hell. I don't know if I get special treatment from the drivers or if they are rude and hateful to everyone. They seem to have carte blanche to make or change or even lie in order to humiliate folks that depend on mobility devices. Refusing access to VA appts. Based on "Federal regulations" they simply conjure up on the fly. Because they don't care for your looks Happened to me so I get ill in my gut when I'm stuck. There are folks that seem to really like the bus. Don't take my word. Find out for yourself.

Pay drivers more! They deal with a lot, and I look forward to their smiling faces every morning and night. Most drivers I talk to feel very overworked, a company should take care of these amazing people who do their jobs in a dangerous pandemic.

For a town our size they are truly wonderful. Their drivers are courteous and safe. There has been very few times that they were behind schedule which in it self is a minor miracle. I use it quite often and I'm totally pleased with them. I would recommend them even if you have your own car. They are a great way to stretch out your money and let them drive from time to time.
