This is the third package delivered opened. The delivery service is horrible and I use to work for th USPS in Clay, NY. Never did they have packages delivered opened. Everytime my packages arrive on a Sunday I know they are going to be in damaged boxes or opened. Don't bother having your part time workers delivering packages on a Sunday if you are not going to be working on Sunday to make the packages are not being opened or throw as the Post Master. Your workers on Sunday are not at all good.n around

I have alot of packages that come and go through the Oswego Post Office and I don't think I have ever had a rude interaction with anyone. There have been delivery issues , as there have been everywhere, but when I have had to call , anyone I have talked to has gone over and above to help me. We have some wonderful people working down at our Post office !

Kevin is the man. He was helpful in dealing with a missing package situation. Also, every time I have to ship something through USPS, the staff is always super polite and welcoming
