Do not eat here! Absolutely terrible food. It might be fine when fresh, but they clearly reheated the food I ordered. You can see where they pulled out an item from the premade sushi. Even the rice was bad - hard and dry, also probably reheated. Teriyaki beef was like shoe leather. Gyoza was dry and tasteless. Pork fried rice over cooked. $100 order had literally nothing made that was even edible. Closest to okay was edamame, which didn’t have salt. Yakisoba was gloopy. Just bad all around. Again, food might be okay when fresh. But I wouldn’t trust it. Over priced, poorly made, and no quality.

Excellent food and service. Not only is the food great the restaurant is very clean and the people that work there all deserve our respect and generous tips! We have never waited long for both takeout or eating in.

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered two bento boxes, we had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress did not approach us one time during the 45 wait, we had go get her every time we wanted anything. She had a very bad attitude and we felt really disrespected during our entire visit. After approaching the manager he just brushed off the complaints made excuses for their bad service and didn't even bother to apologize. Beyond disappointed with this experience, And will never return to that restaurant.

The food was much better at the old location. The new location in the mall is nice, but the food is not as good as it used to be, and is not as good as the one in Pullman. I always get the Pork Pad Thai at Red Bento, but this was not Pad Thai and I don't think it was pork either. The noodles were all wrong, and no lime or peanuts were provided. I asked for some lime, but was told that this Red Bento is different from the one in Pullman. Duh. The sushi we ordered and seaweed salad were good though. I won't visit again when a much better Red Bento is over in Pullman.

Oh and last question: Do you wish there was a better option in town??? Cause we do. Soviet Moscow deserves better Asian cuisine than this half-effort excuse of a sushi joint. pshh gimme a break , they had better sushi in the wild west before 1900 100%, LOL saw it on deadwood. Facts.
Also, better kimchi, the stuff they served when last I was there tasted more like sauerkraut than the kimchi I am accustomed to.
