I purchased what I was made to believe was the 2021 iPad Pro and a couple months later found out it was the 2020 older version. I called regarding this issue and was told they were not “experts” and that nothing could be done about it. I feel pretty scammed by all this and as a student paying good money for products this should be unacceptable.
