R & R Palouse, WA Server (Owner?) had dirty clothes on; and after we were served he didn't come back for at least 20 minutes, and there were only 2 other couples in the restaurant. The menu lists "unbaked" prices (which, I didn't even realize until the bill came), it cost an extra $2 per pizza to cook it. And the sodas are over $4 a piece. Pizza is good (not great), but don't feel it was worth the $72+ for 4 people, 2 pizzas, and 4 sodas. But then... I haven't been out in 2 years, so... maybe this is the new normal, I don't know.

Around 6PM on 4/24 I went in to get a pizza to-go at the Palouse store. Owner Neil was openly and admittantly drunk. Obviously, that is a huge violation of the law and completely unprofessional behavior. He said a party had just wrapped up and they got him hammered. It was embarrassing to watch him. He was fumbling with handling orders, couldn't work the phone or register properly, struggled making cash back, all while shouting across the restaurant at patrons about their level of satisfaction. The pizza was equally terrible. Doughy in the middle and sparse toppings. Wanted to love it, but I won't be back anytime soon.

I'm giving it 3 stars for the environment and the Dragon Hunter beer that I had. If you JUST want to drink beer this is probably a good place to go. Don't go for the food or during lunch because the orders come out wrong and the service is so bad you can't even tell someone the food came out wrong. We never got checked on after our food came out- sat and waited forever just to get our bill (the person on staff had to finish checking his messages on his phone) and then after waiting just to pay the bill we got fed up- paid on the app and left. I wanted to buy a growler of the Dragon Hunter but ended up not because who knows how much longer we would have been sitting there. We definitely won't be back.
