The groomers there are all always SO nice! They care for me and my dogs! I have 5 in total and they always go above and beyond for my pack! They are a blessing when it comes to brushing out my German shepherds for me! The pack always comes home looking and smelling amazing, sometimes I wonder if they’re actually returning my dogs to me or someone else’s XD

This review is for Petco (Moscow, Idaho) groomer, Alicia. Alicia takes time to visit with me when I bring Cricket (13-yr-old toy Schnauzer) in for grooming, and answers any questions or concerns I have. She makes time during the grooming process to give Cricket her snacks. Alicia has done an excellent job grooming our dog. When we return to pick her up, Cricket is relaxed, clean, beautifully clipped, and happy to see us.

Well I held off from doing this to see how the Manager was going to handle her groomer leaving a 3inch gash under my dogs mouth. I do understand that things happen but I don't believe for a second that she didn't notice what she did. I was informed by the manager that I could get a refund HOWEVER if I did make trouble I would have a hard time scheduling my dog for a grooming from here on out. Like really!? Its his fault for being injured? Or my fault for saying something!? If you do decide to take your dog here CHECK THEM THOUROLEY!
