overall my stay with identity was pretty mediocre. from staff that was sometimes really fun to staff that was very rude. the apartments look nice but once you feel the build quality you will feel like you are in a cheap hotel. And if you plan on driving a car expect walking a couple blocks to your car because for some reason they decided to only make enough parking spots for half the residents and charge $50 a month for them. also the further your apartment is from the office the more they ignore maintaining and cleaning the stairwell. all the doors unlock with rfid chips and when they stop working you need to get them recharged which in itself is a great idea. but in my case my chip ran out 4 days before I had to move out. instead of recharging it they kept it until I moved out which means I had 0 access to my apartment to move out unless I got someone from the office to walk all the way to my apartment to unlock my door for me. now I know that by posting this i’m just going to get the same copy and pasted response every other negative review gets.

Identity is by far one of the most luxurious apartments I could find when looking for a new apartment in Moscow, especially as a university student. You can honestly just walk in and the staff is so kind and helpful in answering your questions and showing you around. I couldn't even believe the amount of amenities this place has, and being so close to the U of I campus too. It's honestly the perfect housing option I could of found and they made the process of getting a unit here go seamlessly.

I moved from Florida to Moscow, Idaho almost a month ago and I was honestly super nervous about moving across the country by myself. But their employee, Marcus, was super helpful and gave my a virtual tour of my apartment before i even signed the contract! And then when i actually arrived in Moscow, Marcus was so kind and welcoming i felt like i already had a friend! The front desk staff are awesome and the customer service is incredible! (:

I enjoy the location, you can walk everywhere. I don’t enjoy how poorly built it is, things break all the time (my sink caved in). The random roommate situation does not always turn out good either, people should have background checks. They also don’t tell you when you are getting a new roommate and don’t respect the No Coed agreements. Management and staff don’t do much when you go to get help which is annoying too. They operate somewhat scammy too, make sure you get what they say in writing or in email so you have proof or they will not respect any agreements they made verbally.

There are 4 buildings - not sure how many apartments but in our building there are 6, I think, each with a different #of rooms. We have a "townhouse" with 4 bedrooms.

They are not being paid. It's all over social media
Hello Hollie! Thank you for reaching out with your question! At Identity Moscow, we offer a pre-paid parking lot which allows you to park your vehicle within the lot at any time of the day or night. Once the pass is purchased at a set monthly fee, it is first come, first serve and does not have designated parking spaces but rather gives you the ability to choose where you would like to park! If you have any additional questions about parking I would be more than willing to assist! Hailey Leasing and Marketing Manager
