Poor customer service and inflexible handling alleged “policies”I was charged on 10 inches of tape to seal a box. UPS should stop Franchising.

I came in tonight needing help notarizing a document, not realizing that notary services are not usually conducted past late afternoon. Instead of turning me away or allowing me to face minor inconvenience, the owner allowed me to wait in the lobby until she could squeeze us in. She was incredibly nice and went out of her way to make sure I knew how to fill out my document! Thanks, Debbie!

One of many perks about living in a small town is getting to know people in the community you see often. With that being said, I've been coming to this UPS store to drop off Amazon returns for years. I don't recall ever having to wait long for assistance and the owners (Debbie & Mark) have always greeted me as soon as I walk in the door. I appreciate their efforts of acknowledgement and kindness every time. It is clear to me they truly care about their customers and business. The store appearance is very organized and their staff are always professional. This reflects positively as a whole along with efficient and friendly service. If you need to ship anything or use their services, I highly recommend this UPS store!
