Attempted to book an oil change with employee, JR. I was quickly denied access to any reasonable scheduling. JR stated the soonest was July 25th. Either business is truly booming or they are just not interested in providing services. JR was NOT proactive in searching to accommodate our needs. No worries as I am positive the upper management reads these reviews and do respond. We will now choose a service provider that will be happy to establish a long term business relationship

Been here a few times so far and I must say - has been a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff, honest prices, quality and fast service. Keep up the great job, Bruneel Point S in Moscow, Idaho!

They just charged my wife $212 to swap a set of tires. What a rip-off! I guess we’re Les Schwab customers now. EDIT: In response to Bruneel’s comment below. Les Schwab charges $127 for the same thing, which means Bruneel is $85 more. That’s a full 70% more expensive. Hardly “competitive”. Let’s call this what it is: everyone in Moscow is over a barrel to get tires swapped, so you shake ‘em down! I have been a loyal customer to Bruneel for many years but their products & service have gone downhill since the ownership change and this was the last straw. Before the ownership change they charged like $50 to swap all 4 tires. They’ve never really had good tire choices but overall they treated you well. I bought tires online this time because sadly you can’t get good tires at Bruneel. All they sell is off-brand junk at brand name prices so they can mark it up a bunch. Look, bottom line is $212 is a rip off for a tire change. Heck, even $127 probably is. Don’t let them abuse you, go somewhere else. Maybe check Lewiston/Clarkston if everyone in Moscow is price gouging.

Man awesome establishment called on my way into town after a blowout. Got me the best price on 4 new tires and had me in and out in under 45 min. Allowing me to still make work on time. Thanks fellas

You can find them online. I didn't need one 3 weeks ago when I had mine done they gave me the coupon price. You can always call and ask.
80$ unless already on rims then it's free if your tires are purchased through them:)
