The quality of care at this facility is poor. On many days there are only 5 CNAS for 157 residents. Needless to say residents NEVER get a complete bed baths. Their butt gets washed and they are are up in a chair for 12 hours and are not changed until returned to bed. The real problem is management doesn't care as long as a body is in the building. There are a few really good CNAS there but not enough. As a former hard working employee I could no longer observe the neglect and abuse.

Should stop taking patients or shut down till they have more staff consistently. Had 1 aide on weekend for all 5 floors. Man died choking at this place recently because suction machine was not working. During week when there is staff lights are going off for help but staff is sitting at front desk. Employee's have no repect for patienta here. They have been caught sleeping in cars and storage rooms during shifts. State should look into neglect immediatly!
