I have been a long time customer/ patient with vision works for several years to be exact since 2008 but recently I most likely will be looking for a new eye doctor because being left on hold for an hour and a half for a simple question is ridiculous the professionalism isn’t there anymore the customer service is gone simply put I am disappointed on the highest level because I remember getting glasses from there and being Abby I’m just Unhappy and disappointed now

Worked with Batavia location in BJs plaza and Becky Shultz was a life-saver... Very informative, fast and efficient. I had my glasses within a week flat! I couldn't SEE myself dealing with another optometrist/company! Thank you again for all the quick help!
